First floor screed

Not a lot to see - but the first floor screed was poured today and power floated ( if thats the correct term) to get it level. Good to see some activity again on site. Hopefully blocks will start again next week.

First fix plumbing upstairs

All looks a bit of a mess at the moment - just hope all the pipes end up in the right places!!

Concrete first floor installation

First truck wasn't able to make its way down due to the narrow roads. Thankfully the smaller truck and the crane were able to!!
Barrier for air tightness - due to new regs out this year.

Waiting on First floor

Window cills have gone in. Just waiting now for the concrete first floor to be delivered - was measured yesterday, so will be another week or two before there is any changes to the build.
